VRChat Plus (also referred as VRC+, VRChat+) is a paid subscription that gives users perks and benefits. Upon purchase users get access to more avatar favorite slots, nameplate icon, main menu backdrops, and more. New features are added to it over time.
History[]
VRChat Plus was introduced on November 19, 2020[1] and released officially on December 3, 2020[2] for Steam users first with Quest users getting it 8 months later in patch 2021.3.3[3]
VRChat Plus Gifting was introduced in patch 2021.4.2[4] with it being available for Steam users first and Quest users in patch 2021.4.2p3[5]
Users with a active VRChat Plus subscription could not receive a VRChat Plus gift but this was changed[6] to allow them to do so. It will instead lengthen the period of time before their subscription renews or expires!

VRChat offers two subscription plans for VRChat Plus: monthly and yearly, which are categorized by how long the subscription lasts
VRChat Plus can also be gifted to other users. When you gift someone VRChat Plus, the gift will be non-renewing
